Los grandes avances de la tecnologa de la comunicacin han puesto muchsima informacin a nuestro alcance, cada vez con mayor facilidad. Despus, como parte del proceso de la informacin, se debe hacer un anlisis lgico para poder elaborar premisas y con ellas construir hiptesis que nos permitan tomar decisiones. Una lectura cuidadosa le dar al lector los conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas que le permitan desarrollar con ms eficacia sus actividades en el proceso de la informacin, sea cual fuere su actividad profesional. / The great development of communication technology has made accessible a great amount of information. Yet, this does not mean that we can adequately use all this information. This Manual provides the tools to make a clever use of the information available. First of all, the author suggests, we have to collect the information from various sources, then it needs to be classified, further on it needs to be evaluated, not only to see if it can be trusted, but also regarding its quality. Further on, as part of processing the information, there must be a logic analysis that will enable the elaboration of premises and then the construction of hypothesis that will lead to decision making.
